Our beginning was in 1991, when we conducted a multiple property auction for a large lender and successfully sold 133 properties in just 3 months, then went on to work with other lenders, developers, motivated sellers, and brokerages struggling to find an alternative marketing method that works. We have since sold almost every type of property in almost every type of market condition. Homes, Raw land, Condos, and entire subdivisions, all over the state of Utah.

Our History has shown that nearly 70% of the properties we have offered for sale at auction have sold, with most exceeding the expectations of both the buyers and sellers.

Each Real Estate Auction is conducted with an experienced professional staff and a 25 year veteran Auctioneer/Broker. No Stanger to the auction method of selling. Also well known for using his auctioneering talent, humor and good nature to help raise millions for charities throughout the state for over 30 organizations. Appling these developed relationships and skills to ensure each of our clients a successful sale.
